Biography
Mattias Biebouw works on a broad range of legal matters related to business law, corporate law, contract law, as well as real estate and construction law.
His practice primarily focuses on corporate and business law, including “day-to-day” legal challenges and assistance, contract drafting, shareholder disputes and agreements, M&A’s , as well as court cases and litigation
In 2023, Mattias became a member of the Brussels Bar and is now a lawyer at Putzeys Law.
Education
Mattias Biebouw is graduated from the University of Namur (bachelor 2020) and holds two masters from the UCLouvain, corporate law (UCL, 2022, cum laude) and civil law (UCL, 2023, cum laude).
His university article on consumer law was awarded high distinction.
He has also completed the following training courses (law school):
